Cedar A.
Born and raised in Nevada County, I left home for a few years to get my degree in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and Business at Southern Oregon University before returning home. Before starting my company, I worked in solar, Waldorf teaching, forestry thinning, and pine cone collection for the CalFire and USFS seed banks. I love climbing trees, surfing, swimming, camping, and wandering in wild places.

I grew up in Auburn California, moved to Sacramento for a few years then found my way to Nevada County. I have spent the last 15 plus years in the hospitality/restaurant industry as a chef. In the middle of that I went to culinary school where I graduated with honors. In my free time I love fishing, camping and spending time with my dog.
